INTRODUCTION
The Filipinos as race itself, is a unique blending
of the east and the west and or different culture and tradition as well
as religion. With a long history of Western colonial rule, interspersed
with the visits of merchants and traders from the east, evolved a
people of a unique blend of east and west, both in appearance and
culture. Hospitality is a common denominator in the Filipino character
and this is what distinguishes the Filipino. Hospitality, a trait
displayed by every Filipino, makes these people legendary in Southeast
Asia. The Filipinos are likewise noted as Freedom-Loving people as
evidence by revolts, uprisings and people power revolutions through its
history. And most of all, the Filipinos are fund of nature and
has love for their environment.
The
blending of the east and the west in U.K, the Hospitality traits of the
Welsh people and the well preserved and picturesque nature and
surroundings of Wales is what makes the Filipinos stay and live in
Wales and in their own way help in maintaining and preserving the
environment and its natural beauty.

Review all its activities and operations in order to identify
environmental aspects and prioritise their actions to
address environmental concerns;
(2) It will do its best to reduce energy and resource consumption;

Maintain a high level of awareness of sustainability issues among its
members, employees and other people they
interact;
ENVIRONMENTAL POLICYThe organisation will ensure that goods and services procured support our environmental policy;
(a)
The organisation will minimise the amount of waste that is generated
through the principles of reduce, reuse,
repair and recycle;
(b) FCW will support in any development and implementation for green transport actions;
(c) It will minimise and support the minimal use of toxic materials and prevent pollution;
(d) Ensure good working practices by reviewing them to verify their effectiveness in achieving environmental
objectives;
The organisation will include in its annual report, environmental concerns and matters affecting it.
TRAININGIn
adopting this policy, the organisation morally obligates itself to
provide training and other methods of dissemination in order to impart
the substantive aspect of this Policy to all new recruits, members,
employees or volunteers and beneficiaries.
